"Health Vortal."

Grouped in teams we at our school had to develop a concept and prototype for a pitch. The main goal was to build an internet application to help people on family care. Family care is an intensive job, so that's what we aimed at. We made a health community to connect these people. There's also are profiles, an information wiki, an agenda and more.
